What to Have Ready for the Site Walk

A quote visit typically takes 20–40 minutes on a 50,000 sq ft lot and does not interrupt tenants. Bring these five things and your line-itemed quote will be in your inbox within one business day.

    Gate codes, after-hours access, the name of the on-site contact, and any locked areas (dumpster enclosures, out-lots, detached parking).

  2. Approximate Square Footage or a Google Maps Pin

    If you don’t know the exact sq ft, a Maps link or a previous contractor’s invoice is enough. We measure on-site with a rolling wheel and confirm in the quote.

  3. Known Drainage or Trip-Hazard Concerns

    Standing-water spots, ADA-cited trip hazards, catch-basin failures, or curb separations you’ve already documented. Photos on your phone are perfect.

  4. Anchor Tenant Operating Hours

    Most sealcoat + restripe packages run Friday night through Sunday morning. Tell us about grocery, restaurant, or 24-hour tenants so we can stage around them.

  • How fast can you start after I approve the quote?

    Most commercial sealcoat + restripe packages are scheduled within 7–14 days of approval. Full rehabilitation jobs (milling, overlay, base repair) typically run 3–6 weeks out, depending on asphalt plant availability and tenant coordination. Emergency pothole calls inside our 11-county core area are answered within 24 hours.

  • Do you work weekends so tenants aren’t displaced?

    Yes. The standard 50,000 sq ft sealcoat-and-restripe package runs Friday night through Sunday morning — measured at 36 hours average turnaround and audited by an independent QC engineer. We can also stage around 24-hour grocery, hospital, or distribution operations.

  • Is the site assessment really free?

    Yes. There is no charge for the on-site walk and the written quote. You receive a line-itemed PDF signed by the project manager who walked the lot — quantities, unit prices, and warranty terms — typically within one business day of the visit. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.

  • What warranty comes with the work?

    Every Savior TPC contract carries a documented 2-year workmanship warranty — twice the industry-standard 1-year term. Sealcoat adhesion failures, premature striping wear, and cracking related to application are covered. Manufacturer material warranties on asphalt and sealant products pass through to you in writing.
